Setup Notes, Room & Notices
Despite the name, the app has no single "Info" tab. Instead, each section of the venue template appears as its own entry in the sidebar of the show — e.g. "Setup Notes", "Room" or "Notices". Use "+ Section" to add further sections.
Section types
Each section has one of two types:
Text
Free-text area with formatting — for descriptions, special notes, or open items. The default "Setup Notes" section is of this type.
Fields
Table of structured label/value pairs for technical data, e.g. room dimensions or hanging heights.
Editing text areas
The toolbar above each text area provides the following formatting options:

Simply click in the text area and start typing. Changes are saved automatically.
Fields sections
Sections of the "Fields" type show a table of structured rows (label/value).
- + Field – Add a new row
- + Text field – Insert a free text block within the section
Only one fields section per show
Only one "Fields" section is allowed per show — once one exists, the corresponding button disappears from the creation dialog.
Adding a custom section
- Click "+ Section" in the sidebar
- Choose a type: Text or Fields
- Enter a name (e.g. "Rigging") and confirm
Collapsing sections
Each section has an × symbol in the top right to collapse/close the section.
Automatically generated text in Setup Notes
In the "Setup Notes" section, below your own notes, a read-only area shows automatically generated text — separately for lighting towers and the fly system (battens), provided data has been entered in Setup (Lighting Towers resp. Battens). The text summarises occupied positions, channels, fixtures, and colours, and can be selected and copied with a click (e.g. for cue sheets or emails to the director). It is not edited manually — it updates automatically along with the setup data.
