Info
The Info tab contains freely configurable text areas and tables. The venue template provides its own default sections, and you can also add a custom section per show. Technical notes, rigging information and structured data fields can be stored here.
Sections
Each venue template defines its own default sections. Typical examples:
Rigging / Hanging (text field type)
Free-text area for rigging information: positions, hanging points, fixtures per bar. Supports rich-text formatting.
Cue Notes (text field type)
Structured cue descriptions, organised by act (Act I, Act II, Act III). Each cue is entered with a number and description.
Rigging Heights / custom fields (field type)
Table with two columns: LABEL and VALUE. Suitable for structured data such as hanging heights.
Editing text areas
The toolbar above each text area provides the following formatting options:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| B | Bold |
| I | Italic |
| H | Heading |
| ≡ | Bullet list |
| 1. | Numbered list |
| ⊞ | Insert table (with buttons to add/delete rows and columns) |
Simply click in the text area and start typing. Changes are saved automatically.
Table sections (field type)
Sections of the "Fields" type show a table with three columns: Label, Value, and Unit (e.g. "metres").
- + Field – Add a new row with label, value, and optional unit
- + Text field – Insert a free text block within the section
Adding a custom section
In addition to the sections from the venue template, you can add a custom section per show:
- Click "New tab"
- Choose a type: Text field or Fields
- Enter a name and confirm
Only one fields-type section is allowed per show at a time.
Collapsing sections
Each section has an × symbol in the top right to collapse/close the section.
Automatically generated text
In the "Setup" section, below your own notes, a read-only area shows automatically generated text — separately for lighting rigs and fly system (bars), provided data has been entered in Setup (Lighting Rigs resp. Bars). The text summarises occupied positions, channels, fixtures, and colours, and can be selected and copied with a click (e.g. for cue sheets or emails to the director). It is not edited manually — it updates automatically along with the setup data.
